We liked everything, clean room, full size kitchen, nice flooring with no carpeting to get dirty, Very friendly family run business. All the appliances were in perfect working order in a nice quiet location.

Welcoming entry sign/environment/check in/staff; rooms all updated w nice countertops/stive/fridge, with microwave/toaster; nice decor/pictires/bedspread not plain like in Sedona for double price; great value/friendly staff/got us cooking pans/utensils/dishware/bucket ice (shame on people who steal it so they have to lock it up n customers have fo ask to get/use it)

Older motel. Large room with a very comfortable king bed, and a wall divider between the bedroom area and the kitchen. Full kitchen including stove, sink etc. Clean.

Quaint little hotel in Havasu. Easily accessed, a short drive from areas in town. Very clean, large rooms and plenty of parking. Staff friendly. A great place to stay!

I was stranded in Lake Havasu, for several days, due to vehicle damage that was being repaired. Unfortunately, Lake Havasu was engaging in 'Desert Storm Week' activities, which meant that an inexpensive room, to cover several days, was going to be impossible to find. Not only did the Havasu Inn provide me with an outstanding room, they did it at the regular rate! I would definitely recommend the Havasu Inn to anybody who wishes to spend some time in Lake Havasu!

Affordable and large rooms with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom area. The bed was comfy. Parking outside the door. The staff was helpful. They do not stock the kitchen (unless you request it for longer stays) in the rooms due to theft, but if you ask, they have everything you need to cook and pans were nice to use. Loved the full sized refrigerator, toaster and coffee pot in the room. Nice sized TV with cable. This is an affordable place that you can stay for a week or a month too.

The grounds are well taken care of. The rooms are large. It was nice to have a table with 2 chairs and a nice refrigerator with a freezer. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. Was a short drive to explore London Bridge area

Easy to find- price was great-staff very friendly. Left my sweatshirt after checking out, and was able to pick up next day. Couldnt stay another night as full.
